FTID Scam help
I ordered a bike frame a few months ago…long story short i never received the item. At first, I thought it was an honest mistake by carrier (delivered to wrong address). But after 6 months, I have realized it was most likely a sophisticated FTID scam by the seller. They were able to manipulate the label somehow to get an empty box delivered to a random address in my zipcode. Anyone know if there’s a way I can get a refund for all this? Chargeback, UPS claim, Paypal case has all failed since the tracking information appears legit on paper. Or maybe is there a way to expose seller so this doesn't happen to anyone else at least?
