i have used all my family docs to create an ebay account it was all suspended after listing is there new update on ebay to create new account?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
