Frustration with Ebay Selling
I'm here to voice my frustrations with Ebay. I haven't sold any items in years but I remembered the old process being clunky but workable.
I'm not exactly sure what happened but with my recent sale, nothing seems to work! Shipping label link is broken, impossible to get resolution since I have to go through a chatbot, keeps mentioning payment information needs to be updated when I updated it an 1 hour ago, etc, etc.
This isn't exactly a productive post, but I want to give this feedback and also capture any others who have similar sentiments.
