Do you have the same problem this morning?
Is it for just one transaction or every transaction? (It could be that the address is invalid, too long, or there is information missing,)
Do you receive an error message, and if so, what does it say?
You can try purchasing your label at Pirate Ship if you are still having trouble. They are integrated with eBay, so you can pull up the order(s) there and the tracking #s will update in eBay.

Mentor1 month agoI printed one this morning and it was fine. But that was 6:30 am, so who knows what has happened..
