Frustrated purchase

Item: E17 first love vacuum cleaner battery pack
Item is 5 months old. The battery is defective and blink all the time, never completing charge.
A new battery has been Seak online but is not available.
Please advise. Thanks.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. A Buyer has 30 days from delivery to open a refund request if the item received is not as described in the listing. After that 30 days has passed, the Buyer is no longer covered by the Guarantee.
The option now is to contact your payment source and try to file a refund claim with them. They also have deadlines to do that.
