Frustrated buyer
Purchased an item. Item was delivered( ups) verified. Item wasn't on property when I arrived. Automated assistance non-finctional. Can't get assistance from a live human. Currently out my monies, and no Item. Recourse?

Mentor3 weeks agoNeither eBay or the seller cover items stolen after delivery. UPS also does not cover stolen items once delivery has been made. You can check with your insurance company and see if they will cover your loss.

OP3 weeks agoI just learned this, thank you! This is my first item stolen from an eBay transaction. Unfortunately, multiple hundred$. I was under the illusion that buyer protection existed in some form, or if expensive, seller would ship requiring signature. Wrong on all fronts. This will be my last ebay experience. To be not guilty of anything, and be out the product plus the monies, is quite frankly bullshit, but the new America. Innocent as charged. Thanks fir the response.
