i BOUGHT A RING SAYING IT IS REAL STERLING SILVER AND IT IS CLEARLY NOT. tHE SILVER ALL FADED OFF AND ITS SOME CHEAP METAL. THE SELLER SAID THEY WOULD SEND ONE TO REPLACE IT THEN SAID NO. i CANT GET A HOLD OF A PERSON AT EBAY. tHIS IS CRAP!

If it is within 30 days of receipt you can open a return request and you are covered by eBay money back guarantee.
Return an item for a refund | eBay
The seller has to accept the request, send you a return label and then refund when you return if you use the reason "Not as described, no authentic"
If it is past 30 days, you can accept the new rind that the seller offered or pursue recourse outside of eBay.
