I need to speak with an agent to receive refund.
I looked for "speak with an agent " and couldn't find it.

You don’t speak to an eBay agent to receive a refund. Neither do you leave your seller negative feedback because you’ve made a mistake.
It looks like you may have either refused delivery or returned the item to the seller without filing a return request. You need to contact your seller ASAP. THAT is your next step. [I would be prepared to apologize for hurting their reputation for no reason.]

If the seller accepts returns, file for a return through your purchase history.
If they don't accept returns, not much you can do since you bought the wrong one.
