Your Ebay is going down to worst!
There is no buyers protection rights for consumers and US Citizen as me!
I don't get my money back as full amount upon refund! There are no notes from sellers why they dont make refunds in full amount! This is a fraud and inefficient!

Ebay is expecteming me to escalate cases by calling them to requested it when it should have been done automatically! You are a fraud
Why haven't it been done automatically? This is ridiculous how you make buyers to waist time to call your customer service back and waist their time on the phone with your worthless, lying, and ncompetent customer Service! Ebay expects me to call them and waist time to escalated cases if I want full refund! Each representativetells me diferent information. Please listern to conversation on 04/11/2024 at 11:45 from Vira Magor. Your customer Service is worthless and incompetent! Your problem is that you don't fire your manipulative lying customer service and yoyr managment. When people loose money, the business looses reputation. I lost a lot of money through your primitive app with your customer service with no buyer protection and your worthless Ebay customer/all services! You constantly updating your app making me waist time learning your new worthless ways how to navigate through the software, but you don't put useful options for the convenience. Lately, I can't even find buttons "messages".
The customer service treating me like I am nothing staring over the phone that, "the system did not detect any escalation coming from me" Why do you not terminate customer service and managment for incompetence!
