Friend sold an item for me
Friend sold an item since she is a more experienced seller.
item sold for $1850.
she ships it and a week later she tells me only $500 came thru for payment bc the buyer used a coupon code.
but we should still get the full payment.
now I’m told that he must have hacked in and accepted a $500 bid on her account and now eBay said there’s nothing they can do.
did I get scammed and she kept my 1350$ bc everything I’ve read states there’s seller protection and other safeties to prevent that stuff and she’s telling me that we may just have to chalk it up to a loss
