Fresh account banned after first listing, unable to reach out to account specialist
Hi everyone:
I registered my first Ebay account 2 weeks ago trying to sell my used GPU. My account was banned 30 minutes after I list it. I managed to reach out to the account specialist using the call back function from the help page and got my account back. I asked him whether there is anything in that listing that could cause the ban and he told me it looks fine. So, I reposted the listing and my account got banned again. However, this time, the call back option is nowhere to be found. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks and nothing seems to be working. I tried to use the email, the chat bot and even through twitter. Both the social media manager and the agent from chat bot said they have no authority to look into my case and told me to get in touch with their account specialist, which I have been trying so hard to do. This is a proof of my experience:
Nobody ever replied to the email and all the messages I got from the Email Us option are the same copy pasta. I live in a rented apartment where the property owner uses Spectrum Community Solution for our internet services which might lead to the ban in the first place, but I really just want to be able to talk to anyone that actually have the authority/expertise. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Make sure the ebay registered name is EXACTLY identical to the name on your checking account, including middle initial or middle name.
Make sure you also register a physical street address, no P.O. Boxes. That can be changed later if needed.
