Of the 95 Sold items how many have been returned??? 5? 10?
Is 95 in the last 90 days about average for you?

That is a lot considering it's 6.8% of your 95 sales. Check your Seller dashboard and the return section Seller Dashboard | eBay
They base the percentage on the page over the last 12 consecutive months.
