·2 years agoThat is a hub for the eBay International Shipping program. You as seller ship the item there for your domestic shipping rate to that location (near O'Hare Airport), and they ship it on to the buyer's shipping address (there is a higher fee for the buyer, eBay gets the difference between that higher s/h fee s/he pays and what you get for domestic shipping).
