Freezing screen on iphone

Question

I have restarted my phone, cleared history cache, rebooted the app three times. My screen still is freezing. Is there a problem today? I’ve never had it happen before. All my other apps are fine. Thanks!

Lots of folks seem to be having problems with the livestream video on the main page of the app. Try navigating to another page; things may work better if you avoid the main page entirely.

If you are using the eBay app, try using the shake-to-report feature to let eBay know your opinion of the auto-playing livestream video on the main page.
