FREE Shipping was not honored as advertised
Ordered Alliwise Magnesium. The reason I ordered from EBAY instead of Walmart was the on line advertised FREE Shipping. When my order was placed, a shipping fee was charged. Why?

·1 year agoThere’s been periodically a glitch when listings are viewed on the app on a phone where it will show free shipping, but when viewed on the desktop version on a computer it shows the accurate shipping.
Is that how you initially viewed the listing? If you would like to post the item number of the listing, we can take a look and see if we can figure out what actually happened.
