"Free Shipping" that isn't really free.
I have been a customer and member since May 27, 2013, and have completed many transactions during this time. I am writing to share feedback regarding the current shipping options.
Specifically, I find that "free shipping" is often misleading, as the cost is typically added to the item price. Additionally, many sellers use the most inexpensive shipping methods, such as Media Mail or standard post, which frequently lack tracking. This has resulted in delayed deliveries and damaged packages.
Would it be possible to provide customers with more control over their shipping preferences? I would appreciate the option to opt out of "free shipping" in favor of selecting a preferred carrier or a service that includes a tracking number.

Mentor6 months ago@1860garmentsbyglenda Each seller decides how they will charge the buyer for the shipping. They can add it the item price or use buyer pays calculated shipping.
If the sellers listing doesn't have the shipping method listed that you prefer then I recommend checking other sellers listings.
eBay can not require a seller to state the shipping as a separate charge.
