There is no Free Shipping QR or 6 digit code unless a seller offers Free Local Pickup. If the listing has local pickup, but also a shipping cost for shipping, and they are to far away for local pickup to happen, you have to pay the shipping cost.
If you do live close enough to pick the item up, you have to commit to buy the item, then you will receive a QR and a six digit code, but you do not have to pay for it right away, you can pay when you meet with the seller, and the item passes inspection. Open the link below to find out how it works
Shipping is one of the areas most New Sellers don't understand, It looks like you have things set up so Buyers Pay YOU to ship to them. You then use that money to purchase the label. If you buy the label through eBay YOU get a discount to offset the Fees eBay charges you on the paid shipping from the Buyer.
I saw Priority Mail on some of your listings, you might consider USPS Ground advantage instead so Buyers pay less and your items may perform better in search with an overall lower price.
If you offer Free Shipping it means the Buyer pays ZERO but YOU pay for the label out of your own pocket.
You also use the eBay default No returns accepted return policy which does NOT mean you are protected against something being returned. eBay has numerous return reasons Buyers can select from to force YOU to pay for a return shipping label and refund the Buyer when you get the item back. You should consider Accepting returns.
