Free shipping is regularly advertised but during purchase you are charged for shipping.
Free shipping advertised in the advertisement should be available once you get to order.
i find increasingly that items advertised as free shipping incur a shipping charge from $3 up to $20+ .
This is totally unethical and eBay should be policing such advertisers that are blatantly trying to defraud customers.
Free shipping should mean free shipping.
Simple really.
