Free shipping glitch / i feel like crying
I have a buyer that bought tons of stuff to fill 3 large boxes. I am new so my auctions dont make a lot of money yet . I combined shipping and added $66 for shipping but when she paid it said free shipping. She ordered another 2 large boxes full of stuff and i explained to her that i needed to add $66 to the $44 in order to send it. She said ok. I checked the invoice. It said $110 shipping on the invoice but when she paid it said she had free shipping. I combine so many orders. It has never happened before and only with this one person. Why is this happening? What should i do. I am out of so much money.
