Free Shipping Error
I have been having a strange error with Free Shipping in my orders over the last two days. I had two orders over $100 indicate they were sold with "Free Shipping Over $75" however I do not have any Free Shipping discounts currently running. I had a previous campaign where I offered Free Shipping Over $77 but that has been paused for like three weeks. But for some reason ebay is simply giving out Free Shipping on some of my items. Also it is not my entire store over $75 as I sold another item for $95 and the Free Shipping Over $75 was not applied on that. I am noticing it is only items that were part of that original discount even though it is "paused." I have asked Customer Service to put in an IT ticket but until then I am going to "delete" the discount entirely and relist any items that were in it that were over $75. Has anyone has any occurrence of this or a similar issue with discounts?
