Free shipping coupon
I have a customer stating I offered free shipping on an item she purchased. I didn’t put a coupon on any of my items. I don’t mind returning the shipping amount, I’m just wondering what/how that happened.

Mentor4 months agoeBay placed the Free Shipping on certain listings as a promotion. Although the deadline has not been reached the money eBay set aside for the promotion has been used up and the promotion is no longer in effect. You would have received the full amount for the sale including your shipping charge which eBay covered. You can let the buyer know that this was an eBay promotion and not something you offered and the promotion ended early.
