Free shipping code no longer working

Question

I had been using a code that showed on many items (FREESHIP10) I have been looking at for free shipping (up to $10 off shipping) that was supposed to be good through 6/30 and used up to 10 times. I used 7 times and when I had an offer accepted for 8th purchase I got alerted I needed to remit payment. The code no longer works for that item or any of the others I was looking at. How do I get it to work again to move forward with another purchase the applies?

According to the terms and conditions, the code applies only to items where the offer is shown and is applicable to up to 10 uses by 6/30 while supplies last. I just spot checked about a dozen random items, and the offer did not appear on any of them, so it's possible it's over now.
