Free Shipping changed on listings on business settings
Good Morning, wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I have my listings set up with "free shipping" and factor that into the cost of the item. Yesterday I had several sales and no issues. This morning I had someone message me to see if I would take less for an item. I agreed and sent a best offer. I then noticed that the item that sold had calculated shipping and the buyer had paid. I did not change anything in my business settings and now I see that a lot of the offers that I sent out this morning have buyers paying for the shipping.
I am going to look at my business policies but I didn't change any settings. I create my listings on a mac and use Garage Sale to create templates (also nothing changed there). Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

OP1 year agoAlso, this only seems to have changed items that I sent offers on yesterday and today. Should I end the listings and then re-list with the changes? Help!
