Free shipping and International
I plan to offer free shipping. Is it wise to offer free shipping on international shipping too?

Mentor1 month ago@liho2213 Keep in mind that with all of the postal price changes that you might end up losing $ on free shipping. ALL items that weigh less than 1lb are now charged the 1lb rate if they are going to a rural zip code.
Since you are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program you will only be shipping to the Illinois hub for international shipments. UNLESS you chose to also offer direct shipping which I do not recommend.
YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is. You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program which allows you to reach buyers around the world with ZERO risk to you.
You just ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois, the address will be on the label when you print it with a code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.
Once the item reaches the US forwarding location safely your job as a seller is done. If a buyer files a refund request for ANY reason the refund comes from eBay and you keep the sale. I wish that eBay had this awesome of seller protections for domestic sales!
