When listing my item, I choose free shipping to buyer. When I preview the item it shows Calculated .

Mentor3 years agoI use free shipping too. This gives a nice convenient total for the purchase. I find that many out there don't want to (know how to) add the price of the item plus shipping. They all show free shipping.

-If you mean the actual site functionality I am not aware of any tickets open for glitches
-If you mean as a Selling tool I don't use it for this reason ... you have to cover the cost for the furthest shipping cost from your location. For me on the east coast it means a local Buyer would pay much less than one on the west coast but to offer Free shipping in my price I would have to cover the west coast shipment cost making my item price look much more expensive to local Buyers.
-I use the Calculated setting and provide accurate weights and dimensions ... on some long distant shipments I will refund a portion of my eBay discount on shipping to the Buyer. I look at shipping as a break even proposition, not an additional profit center like some Sellers. I get the occasional "thank you" message from Buyers as well as the occasional mention of refunded shipping costs in their Feedback ... to me it's just good business.

Mentor3 years agoI rarely list item with free shipping. Your listed items do show free shipping. You are probably seeing Calculated, because that is why YOU will be paying when you print the shipping label.
