I trying to make a purchase that says free shipping. When I go to purchase it goes to seller to contact because of my country for delivery is not authorized. Free shipping is only available for domestic delivery within the U.S.. If you use a freight forwarding service you will have to pay that cost and customs fee if any, for the international shipping.
FYI. That seller is not a very reliable one.
On the listing page below the item title and seller's username click on their underlined feedback percentage. Below some of the comments click on See All Feedback In the popup window that opens you will see: Seller Feedback and to the right Switch back to classic view click on that, and on the page that opens, in the box that has the numbers of Positive Neutral Negatives received, click on the numbers of neutrals and negatives to read only those comments. You can choose to read only the ones for that type of product from the lists.
