free shipping
I have not sold on eBay for a few years. How do I offer "free shipping" to buyers? There is no option under shipping, only item weight and measurements. Thank you

OP11 months agoI am using a desktop. I did look at business policy options.
I tried uploading an image of the page. There is a message stating I do not have permission to upload images.

Are you using business policies? You can check your setting here as well as opt out if you don't want them. Opt-Out is in tiny writing on the upper right.

If you are on an desktop and just returning to selling after a while you may be using the quick listing form. If so you can switch to the form in my screen shot. Look for a link at the top of the page that says switch to business for or tool.
On this forum you can add pictures using the camera symbol at the top of the reply box. Then navigate to the file. If it is on your phone then you will need to transfer it to your desktop to select it.

OP11 months agoSo sorry not to be more savvy about this, but there are only 3 shipping methods, 2 for USPS and 1 for UPS, but nothing that states flat. My page does not look like the one you sent.

The above screen shot is for desktop or web listing tool, are you using the app? Can you post a screen shot of the shipping options you are getting. There are several different listing tools plus the business policy options.
What happens if you choose a shipping method option?

You need to select a shipping method - standard shipping. Then the cost type - Flat rate.
Once you do both of those the check box for free shipping will be available.
