Free shipping
Purchased two flags with free shipping included in listing. Received the two flags and a $3.65 postage due from our USPS carrier because seller did not pay full shipping price. Contacted seller with no reply as of yet. What am I supposed to do because eBay no longer has a contact phone number or a live chat agent anymore?
Thanks

OP2 years agoThanks, I did contact the seller and sent pictures of postage due on envelope and postage due postal carrier. Will wait until I hear from seller. If he does not respond, I will have to leave him negative feedback which I don’t like doing but there’s no other alternative.
Thanks for your help!

·2 years agoHi @yahlou2 If you paid the postage due, eBay cannot make the seller reimburse you, so there's no need to contact eBay. But the seller absolutely should refund you the $3.65. Contact the seller again and include a photo of the shipping label and the USPS receipt showing that you paid the postage due.
After you prove to the seller that USPS charged you postage due, if the seller doesn't reply and doesn't reimburse you within a reasonable time, then leave appropriate feedback.
