Free Shipping
I listed a gift card item and I wanted to offer free shipping. There was not any button to press for free shipping, so I listed it anyway and typed it in the description. The item is scheduled to sell in a day and I would like to change my listing to say free shipping.

Mentor2 years ago@mro.us.8mix7g Now that the listing has bids you can not revise it to remove the shipping.
The only things you can do is send the buyer an invoice before they pay and remove the shipping

OR if they pay then you refund the shipping by selecting Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the sold item. Next screen select shipping adjustment and carefully fill in the amount you wish to refund. Put a note if you wish and submit.
