"Free returns?"
Can someone please clarify this for me? eBay has been suggesting this to me for over a year, but I already take A LOT of risk, enough to close all my listings. I don't sell bulk items from China or clothing and cannot see a valid reason to offer risk free (to buyer) purchase. Also, when I see that, as a buyer, I ask the seller to confirm and most dismiss it, yet ebay confirms they mean that the SELLER must pay for return. Someone is trying to have it both ways...
