Free Return Shipping
I am debating if I should offer free return shipping so that I qualify for TOP RATED PLUS , as far as I can tell that is the only thing I'm missing.
Do you find this to improve your sales and is something I will benefit from?

My opinion is that it gives customers confidence in you and what you are selling. The TRS Plus discount on FVFs used to be 20% but then eBay took half of that away. So now it's 10% discount on FVFs. So thinking in terms of every $ 1000.00 you pay on FVFs you get $ 100.00 back.
The big fear when 30 day free returns first rolled out was returns would sky rocket ... well, the sky did not fall and besides, regardless of one's return policy eBay has numerous reasons that force a Seller to pay for a return label. For myself, my return rate is low and most items I get back I can resell.
Sadly, eBay has the default Return Policy on listing tools as No returns accepted which is misleading and sends the wrong message.
