OP3 years agoFor 2 days everything I opened on e-bay had a header offering a chance to "win a free drill set". I do not expect to see "scam" items on ebay........ just thought I would ask so others would be cautious. If its too good to be true it probably is..........

Mentor3 years agoUnfortunately, ad placement on a particular site does not guarantee that the ad is not a scam.
You may have been looking at an ad placed by a third-party ad service, or even an ad injected by adware or malware on your device.
If you are using a desktop browser, you may want to consider installing an ad blocker add-on for your browser.
