I selected the free shipping option for buyer pickup, but shipping fee still included for local shipping. How do I make it zero?

My goal is to provide the buyer the option to either pay to ship the air purifier(s) to their location, or select local pickup and no shipping fees. I have 4 purifiers, but last week someone purchased all 4, but eBay would only provide 1 shipping label to ship all 4 purifiers in one box, which UPS refused. After talking to eBay shipping department they recommended I cancel the order and ship just one item at a time. Do you know how to set up the quantity/shipping so I receive a unique shipping label for each purifier purchased? In other words, if somebody buy 3 purifiers, I can print out 3 separate shipping labels, instead of 1 shipping label to ship all 3 at once.

If you want to offer LOCAL PICKUP, so the buyer comes to you to pickup the item and not pay any shipping, you select Free Local Pickup, which is the last time on the drop down list when you select the method of delivery.

@horacetammy You can't make it free for the sneakers. eBay charges the buyer $14.95 for Fed Ex shipping and YOU get a free Fed Ex label.

I would NOT try to offer free shipping on those Air Purifiers because do to the size it's going to be VERY expensive to ship. You need to redo that listing. You should only SHOW the photo of ONE and then use Quantity.

Let me know if you need to know how to remake the listing correctly.

You need to END the current listing for filters:

Here is how to create a listing with quantity of IDENTICAL items.

In the photo section only show ONE item. Then you enter a quantity of X on the listing. If you show pictures of all items then a buyer will think that all of the items in the photo is what they will receive.

You will need to create a Buy It Now listing and enter the Quantity.

I suggest you switch to the New Listing Tool on a computer so you can apply shipping rules and your buyers will be charged shipping for the extra boxes. You will know you are using the New Listing Tool when you see the option to a short video in the photo section

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. Open your Draft here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/drafts

4 To create a new listing go to your active listings page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active and click the blue Create listing button near the top, right-hand side of the page.

1. Then select Buy It Now from the drop down menu where it says pricing> format.

2. Enter your quantity.

3. You will also want to set up a calculated or flat shipping rule in your account settings so that your buyers pay the correct shipping for additional items.

4. On the listing form, select use my shipping rule after you set up the shipping for a single item purchase. This way the buyer is charged for the extra shipping.

5. You could use Volume Pricing and offer a discount if the buyer purchases more than one item if you wish. You will see the option on the listing form.

Then once your item sells you select Print ANOTHER label from the next to the item and would adjust the package size and weight if needed. The listing will then have 4 tracking numbers, let the buyer know that the filters are shipping in separate boxes that may not all arrive the same day.

To add Local Pick Up in addition to offering shipping using this listing tool select " see shipping options" on the right of the shipping section. Click the Local Pick Up Option so it turns blue. This adds the option to the listing tool, you have to then click on the Local Pick Up Option on the listing tool so it turns blue.
