Does Free Local Collection in person mean the same as “pickup only†? Did eBay change something or should seller have chosen pickup only? I think I was deceived by seller and see will not ship comment under shipping on sub page.

Did the listing offer both local collection (pick up) and a shipping option or just local pick up? If there was a shipping option that you choose the seller should ship to you.
Can you provide the listing number so I can look to see what shipping options were there?
