Fraudulent transaction. Seller is a thief.
Seller, [Edited by Moderator] placed (3) orders from their store in my name for a total of about $100.00. These items were fraudulently placed…I DID NOT BID ON THESE ITEMS. I first discovered the fraudulent purchase while checking my bank account…(3) hits on my PayPal from this Seller…all three orders placed within minutes of each other…as soon as I discovered these, I contacted EBay and the seller…seller refused to remove THEIR purchase and did not accept returns…EBay did not respond to any of my inquiries.

Mentor8 months agoSellers cannot do that. It is impossible. Did you make offers? If so and the seller accepted, that would be the only way it could happen. Offers are intent to buy.

OP8 months agoI made NO offers….Didn’t know that this seller existed…I’ve never been one to search for cheap plastic junk…I hadn’t been on EBay in 32 days. I discovered this from my bank statement, then went looking. It’s very clear to my Bank, PayPal and UPS that we’ve all been scammed. One more thing, EBay isn’t allowing me to leave feedback on this seller…hummmm

Mentor8 months agoHi @smrt94
What evidence do you have that the seller had access to both your eBay and PayPal account information so that they could purchase and pay for 3 separate items?
It sounds like something you should contact law enforcement about immediately.
[The seller has a 100% feedback rating, which is not typical of a thief. How do you know WHO purchased the items?]

OP8 months agoDon't be silly...contact law enforcement? I've contacted EBay who refuses to help, I've contacted PayPal and my Bank who are both working it...and I've contacted UPS because the picture they took when these cheap plastic items were delivered is NOT the address listed for my purchases...
