Fraudulent selling practices
I purchased an item (watch) from a buyer the had a "buy price listed, and I paid for the item in full". The seller, cancelled My order, saying that My shipping information was incorrect. This was a "LIE", and I not only am authorized to use this shipping address. I have had many others items shipped there with no problems. I have screenshots, My purchase email from eBay, and proof of other items that have been received from this shipping address. There was "only one of these items available; and now the seller has the same item relisted, but now at a 'bidding price'". Please let Me know what I can do. Thank You!

Mentor2 years agoThe seller misrepresented the reason for the cancellation to avoid a defect on his seller record. You can report him here:

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write something similar to, "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating there was an issue with my address, then relisted the item at a higher price ." This is the same address I always use.
