Mentor2 years agoThe seller's stated "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
When an item is "not as described", eBay's money back guarantee applies. The buyer has thirty days to file a "not as described" claim with eBay. The seller must either refund directly, provide a prepaid shipping label or pay for return shipping and refund once the item is received. If the seller does not cooperate, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and refund the buyer directly.

If more than thirty days has passed since receiving the item, you may still have recourse through your payment method; PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection from the date of purchase.
