fraudulent sellers
purchased a lionel engine, from a seller with good history. i find later their reputation had fallen, and i was one of those impacted. engine did not run, they said it needed service. engine was welded beyond repair electrically, and they knew that. i don't test this engine until recently, well past the purchase date of ...november i think. i can't report it, seller wont respond, and has now blocked me. if i cant return it, id like to at least change my feedback so others will know how they are now treating collectors.

Unfortunately, a Buyer can only upgrade their feedback and even that requires that the Seller send you a Feedback Revision form.
In some cases, a Buyer can add another note to the Feedback they left, but there are deadlines to do so.
