Fraudulent Seller Thinkcentre&Thinkpad
Purchased Lenovo laptop from Thinkcentre&Thinkpad, they state...
"We are Lenovo Authorized Partner and Reseller, buy it from us with full confidence!"
"We are Lenovo-approved reseller and use genuine Lenovo or same brand and models as Lenovo parts."
Laptop went to Lenovo depo for freezing issue. Lenovo states memory upgrade was aftermarket and had failed. Lenovo went on to say Thinkcentre&Thinkpad is not an authorized reseller and the parts they installed are not lenovo parts and thus not warrantable.
Have tried to report them to Ebay but Ebay contact options are useless.
DO NOT BUY ANY LENOVO PRODUCT FROM Thinkcentre&Thinkpad.

OP2 years agoIt took more than 30 days for lenovo to run through their repair options. Ebay offers no way to contact them regarding this seller falsely claiming to be an authorized reseller. It seems Ebay wants us to ignore this.

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
