Fraudulent seller
I purchased an item off eBay and was notified the item was delivered, it was not. I spoke to the fed ex driver and the package associated with my tracking had been delivered to another address (not my address on label), the package was an envelope. I ordered a cooler. How do I get to live chat? How do I report this seller?
