Fraudulent Seller
I sent an "or best offer" for an item and within 10 minutes my offer was accepted, I immediately paid for the item through PayPal. The next day I tried to contact the seller with a question but the seller was gone, the message read "The Seller is No Longer Registered" - I believe I have been had. What are my options now?
