Fraudulent seller
I made an offer on an item he counter offer the $25 I went to pay for it and then he charge me 2999. I requested the 499 refund and he told me he had to pay Uncle Sam and refuses to answer me, refuses to cancel the item and this was less than an hour ago and there’s no way he can say he’s already shipped he’s a crook and he’s just trying to steal another five dollars from me and that’s not what was agreed-upon I’ve tried to get a hold of eBay to report it and there’s no forum for me to do so and I can’t get a hold of eBay to report this item. He has stolen my money and will refuses to give it back.

Mentor3 years agoIf you accepted the counteroffer of $2500, and the amount to pay is $2999, that could be including shipping charges + sales tax.
Go to your Purchase History and view the Order Details. That will show how much you owe.
Sellers are not required to accept buyer's requests to cancel transactions.
