Fraudulent seller?
Hello! So I found a pouch for very cheap. Like $1.80. I purchased it. Shortly after the seller messaged me trying to urge me to cancel the order. Less than two days after the purchase.
"
Hello,
I wanted to update you regarding your order. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected shipping issue with the carrier, I won't be able to ship this item as originally planned.
To avoid further delays or inconvenience, I'd like to kindly request that you approve the cancellation of this order. Once you confirm, your payment will be automatically refunded in full through eBay.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Best regards"
I asked if the issue is just a delay because I don't mind waiting.
After sending this I receive
"
Hey, due to some unexpected shipping issues with the carrier, your order has been returned back to us. To proceed, please send a cancellation request, and your funds will be automatically transferred back to you. I'm requesting this because my buyers are my first priority and I want to avoid any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding."
So now not only has the seller tried twice to get ME to cancel, but they've obviously lied. They didn't ship out my item and them receive it back in the mail within 48 hours. Moreso, after checking out the sellers page, they've now changed the item price to $10. .
I asked if they would still send me the item. I didn't mind waiting I wanted it. They agreed and told me that they would. The next day the item was marked as shipped. Afterwards, the item was marked as delivered. Ebay claims because the shipping says delivered I can't get a refund. Who can I speak to in order to get help because **bleep**

Mentor3 months agoTake the tracking number down to your local Fed Ex office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to youi and your address, have the Fed Ex clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake USPS tracking numbers
Include these phrases:
Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction
Tracking details were not accurate
Seller use a false tracking number
Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
