How can ebay be upset with me because I filed a claim with PayPal? If there was ANY WAY to actually speak to someone from ebay let-a-lone be able to email their customer service would have been a great help. All I received from ebay was a bunch of automated questions that don't even pertain to my situation.
Their system is ridiculous when you actually need assistance and need to speak with a human.

Mentor5 months agoInstead of turning to Paypal to file a claim, you could have used Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to file a dispute (Request). No need to speak with anyone.

Since you turned to Paypal, Ebay cannot help you.
