Fraudulent seller
recently I purchased some Morgan dollars two of them were 1885 Carson City Morgans and one was an 1880 Carson City Morgan. I just want the community to know that they were fake. The seller is a fraud. He doesn’t want to return your money. what is amazing is that I confronted the seller about it, and he still continues to sell his phony coins beware

eBay has a money back guarantee for items that are not as described as long as you act within thirty days of receiving the item.

If the seller does not voluntarily refund you, or provide for tracked return shipping and refund upon return, after three business days you should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
For things like coins where there are many counterfeits available overseas, choose your sellers carefully before making a purchase. Pick experienced sellers that have a proven track record of delivering what was advertised over a long period of time over new or infrequent sellers, sellers that appear to be drop-shipping from unknown sources, sellers that have a pattern of poor feedback ratings, sellers that have drastically changed behavior recently or sellers that are offering deals that are clearly "too good to be true".
