    Fraudulent seller
                     

    I spent 800 on a pool table Two months ago, the seller does not respond. I’ve contacted eBay multiple times for a refund. The request has just been closed? Still no refund no response from seller. Please help

    Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. In the Order Details of your Purchase, there should be an estimated delivery date. Once it is one day past that date, a Buyer can open an Item Not Received refund request.

    The Buyer must open a refund request on eBay within that 30 day window for eBay to get involved.
