Fraudulent seller
Locked phone, seller won't respond or call AT&T to unlock phone. Purchase was 6 months ago and just now trying to set up phone only to discover was falsely advertised as unlocked. Seller not helping, went accept return.

There is nothing Ebay can do to help you since it is past the 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
