Fraudulent seller
How to get a refund through eBay or and PayPal eBay had money back guarantee but they are not honoring it
Seller provided false tracking numbers so eBay and PayPal are going by what the tracking number says even though they are false showing it was delivered but not to my address or anybody's address because I had checked with the post office the United States Postal service and have proof of the tracking numbers the seller provided showing there was not delivered to my address and tracking numbers had other addresses attached to them eBay is not paying one bit of attention to my proof I have screenshots from the post office showing the tracking numbers and where they went I tried contacting eBay security and they are no help either should I contact the better Business bureau since nobody wants to give me a refund and I have no way of reporting the seller to anybody else because he is based in China
