Fraudulent Seller
Hi, I have ordered a tool from geneviev_62 and been scammed. They listed parts said it was shipping from vietnam then never shipped anything. Apparently there were buyers who have the same issue as me. They purchased around the same time as I did.
I was skeptical of buying, as there was 2 TOTAL positive reviews on his profile. But I purchased thinking it might be ok.
Is there anything I can do to get back my money? Seller won't respond and ebay isn't really helping me except giving me automated responses or public posting actions...

OP2 years agoorder was placed Feb 2. said it was shipped Feb 3. But never had expected date etc. Ebay's says the item is not qualify for money back..

Find the item in your purchase history. Click on “return item.†Choose “item not received.â€
This will initiate a refund request that will enable you to get your money back.

What is the estimated date of delivery as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
