FRAUDULENT SELLER
I won 8 auctions. After winning them he canceled them because he didnt get what he wanted out of them. He is now saying he doesn't have them or they are damaged. For one of the bigger auctions he didnt get any bids reran the auction a week later. I was the only bidder, know he says he no longer has the item. How do I get EBAY to step in and investigate what he is doing?

OP3 years agoThank you so much for reaching out. It is just upsetting to waste so much time on a bunch of auctions and then have the seller cancel all of them AFTER it has completed. It is also frustrating that EBAY doesn't have a live person you can call and talk to and make an attempt to resolve your issue. Again I appreciate you reaching out and I hope you have a great day!! ·3 years agoOn something like that, there's not much they can do, other then keep track of the orders they cancel.
If they cancel very many for being out of stock or damaged, Ebay takes it pretty serious and will deal with them.

Mentor3 years agoIf he canceled using the reason that the item was out of stock, it's already on his record as a defect. Too many defects and he won't be selling for long.
